How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free — we send every order with tracked Australia Post, Australia-wide.

How long will my order take?
Orders are usually dispatched within a couple of business days, and most Australian deliveries arrive within 2–7 business days. You'll get tracking details by email as soon as your order ships.

Do you ship overseas?
At the moment we ship within Australia only.

What are your products made from?
Our kitchen essentials are crafted from 100% natural teak wood, chosen for its durability, natural water resistance and timeless look.

How do I look after teak wood?
Hand wash with warm water and a mild detergent, then dry straight away — avoid soaking teak or putting it in the dishwasher. To keep it looking its best, rub in a little food-safe mineral or teak oil every few weeks.
